Actually it can be cheaper because our quotes are based on time and materials. Not having to work around people, rush hour traffic, and other things that occur during business hours allow us to me more efficient and get your business moved faster.
Do you move desktop computers?
Yes, our team of Relocation Engineers will not only help you disconnect and move all your computer and technology systems can help reconnect them at your new location if you require that service
Can you move our data centre/server room?
It depends on many factors and this will be discussed during the estimation process and if we are not able to move it ourselves, then we will recommend a trusted contractor who can.
We own several flat screen monitors, can you handle them safely?
Yes, we have a system that ensures that your monitors are handled with the utmost care and that every precaution is taken before, during and after the relocation so that they delivered to their new destination safely. We bubble wrap and/or package items and use special equipment to keep your items safe.
Can you provide help with preliminary packing and unpacking?
Yes, we can help pack anything in your office. We will also meet with your staff a week before the move to make sure that everyone can do their part so it goes as smoothly as possible. Instructional kits are available.
This is my first office move, how can you help me plan?
Absolutely, a move for a business is a complicated thing. We will guide you through the entire process using our 10 steps as a guide. The sooner we’re involved the less complicated the move will be and also less stressful. Pre planning and purging are key to making your move efficient

Yes, our Relocation Engineers are trained in all types of systems furniture and will make sure your business is ready to go as soon as possible. Some of the systems furniture we’re trained in are: Tayco, Global, Teknion, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Hayworth, etc...
We are buying furniture for our new office, what is to be done with the existing furniture?
You can store it with us. You can donate it to good will. You can have it recycles or thrown into a landfill. Or you can allow us to work with you to sell it on your behalf, as we do have a used furniture website. We can help with each.
We have classified material to move, how do you deal with secure files?
There are several levels of security precautions. The simplest of which is providing lockable and/or secure bins. Your security needs should be discussed with your Move Planner
How do you get the furniture in the right place in the new space?
We will meet with you and make sure of where everything goes. We then label everything appropriately and then our relocation engineers will make sure to put everything in its place.
Do I need to hire a move consultant to manage the move?

Can you help us pack our offices?
Talisman will help you with all your packing needs. We will give you guidelines to how to pack your offices and get ready for the move. We will also come visit your office a week or so before the move to speak to your staff to make sure everyone can do their part. We will also explain the best way to label everything so that everything gets packed properly and moved to its proper spot.
